Hi there! I ended up here because I like music being a little less commercial like Deep House, Chillout, Lounge, Afterhours and groovy Dance Music! For many years I did Indoor Cyclings shows and still today I love putting together music profiles that match for a nice cardio workout. Could be that one day I will prepare one as podcast for people who like to benefit from some extra energy while doing sports. In the meantime just have a look at the iMixes I will release (see below). These are meant to be complete profiles for classes, together with a recommendation of a suitable exercise for each track.
